I have been a Realtor and real estate professional since March 2017. My business is focused on creating a win win situation for my clients. I help my sellers not by just putting a sign in the yard, but by actively marketing the property and prospecting buyers for the property. This lowers the days that the house is on the market and helps my sellers reach their bottom line net figure quicker. I communicate with my sellers every week to keep them informed on how the market is doing and provide them with showing feedback. My buyers are well taken care of. I offer a free buyer’s consultation to all my buyers, especially first time homebuyers. This consultation teaches buyers the full buying process so they are well informed before starting the process. I negotiate on behalf of my clients to get them the best deal and to make the process as smooth as possible. Whether working with a buyer or a seller, my objective is to give them sound advice, get them to the closing table, and make the process as informative, efficient, and seamless as possible. |
